• We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future; check our website for updates.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order value.
• Many products are made-to-order; please allow up to 14 business days for fulfillment.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon carrier pickup.

• All sales are final unless the product is defective or a sizing exchange is requested within the allowed timeframe.
• If you wish to cancel an order, you must email hi@court-date.com within 48 hours of placing your order. Cancellations beyond that window are not guaranteed and are subject to review.

We do not offer free returns, but the first sizing exchange is free as described below:

Sizing Exchanges:

• Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• The first sizing exchange is free, with return shipping covered by us. Subsequent exchanges require you to cover return shipping.
• We will ship a replacement in your desired size (if in stock) at no additional shipping cost to you.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If your item is defective or arrives damaged, email hi@court-date.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
• If approved, we will offer one of the following at no cost:
  • A replacement item (if in stock)
  • A store credit
  • A full refund (if no resolution is available)
• Return shipping for approved defective items is covered by us.

All products are covered by a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, minor blemishes, or small imperfections inherent to handmade or made-to-order products)
• Damage caused by misuse or improper care (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive force, or washing contrary to care instructions)
• Altered or modified products

We comply with California Civil Code §§ 1723–1725 related to returns and defective merchandise.

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or carrier issues.
