When you post content (e.g., photos, bios, event details) through Court Date social features, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute this content in connection with our services, promotional efforts, and platform improvement. We may share licensed content with third parties (e.g., for promotional campaigns) only in connection with Court Date services, unless you consent otherwise. You retain ownership but are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content. You can request removal of your content by contacting us. After account deletion, your content may remain in backups for up to 90 days but will not be publicly accessible.
11. Community Guidelines
By participating in Court Date's social features, you agree to uphold community standards and safety rules. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassment or hate speech
- Graphic, sexual, or violent content
- Abuse of referral or points systems
- Spamming or impersonation
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access without notice if community guidelines are violated. To report violations, use the in-app reporting tool or contact us at hi@court-date.com. If your content is removed or account is suspended, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing hi@court-date.com, and we will review appeals promptly.
12. Children's Privacy
Court Date is not directed to individuals under 18. We use age verification processes during account creation to restrict access by users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn we've collected such data, we will delete it immediately. If you believe an individual under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hi@court-date.com to have it removed.
13. Emerging Regulations & Privacy by Design
We are committed to complying with all applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including emerging regulations in states like Virginia (CDPA) and Colorado (CPA).
